We know how difficult it can be to connect with other foster or adoptive parents who understand the unique difficulties of parenting children in this space. So, we created a book club to bring these families together in a safe, welcoming group of people who can provide understanding and support to each other.

We thoughtfully choose books that will provide helpful information to foster and adoptive parents, all while sparking conversation and teaching lessons from real-world examples. The group has three virtual meetings for each book, with both daytime and evening meeting options available.

Several foster agencies in Central Ohio provide training hours for participation in this book club. Foster parents licensed with these agencies can receive training hours for reading the book, as well as for attending the virtual book club sessions.
